Evaluación de los estados financieros y la sostenibilidad del Programa “Juntos” del Ministerio de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social, año 2018.

Abstract

La investigación titulada “Evaluación de los estados financieros y la sostenibilidad del Programa “Juntos” del Ministerio de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social, año 2018”, investigación del tipo aplicada y descriptiva, diseño no experimental, teniendo como población y muestra a toda la información contable registrada en el SIAF y los reportes que este sistema emite referida al Programa “Juntos”, y como instrumento del Fichaje de Datos técnicos. Se concluye que; los estados financieros tienen implicancia en la sostenibilidad del Programa “Juntos” del Ministerio de Desarrollo e Inclusión Social, periodo 2018; desde el punto de vista normativo y de calidad de los estados financieros que se cumplen a cabalidad de acuerdo a la Ley N° 28112 – Ley Marco de la Administración Financiera del Sector Público y la Ley N° 28708 – Ley General del Sistema Nacional de Contabilidad y la aplicación de las NIC SP; las subvenciones otorgadas representan el 88.62% del total de remesas recibidas por el Tesoro Público para las Actividades de Operación.

The research entitled "Evaluation of the financial statements and sustainability of the "Juntos" Program of the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion, year 2018", research of the applied and descriptive type, non-experimental design, having as population and sample all the accounting information recorded in SIAF and the reports that this system issues referred to the "Juntos" Program, and the Technical Data File as an instrument. It is concluded that the financial statements have implications on the sustainability of the "Juntos" Program of the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion, period 2018; from the normative and quality point of view of the financial statements that are fully complied with according to Law No. 28112 - Framework Law of the Financial Administration of the Public Sector and Law No. 28708 - General Law of the National Accounting System and the application of IAS SP; the grants awarded represent 88.62% of the total remittances received by the Public Treasury for Operating Activities.
