Abstract: La investigación titulada “Outdoor training y Comunicación integral en el Centro Médico de la Salud “Corazón de Jesús”, periodo 2019, tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación del Outdoor Training con la comunicación integral en el Centro Médico de la Salud “Corazón de Jesús”, periodo 2019. El tipo de estudio fue aplicada; el diseño de la investigación es no experimental: asimismo la investigación contó con una muestra de estudio de 30 colaboradores del centro médico, las cuales se utilizaron como recolección de datos a encuestas para ambas variables, que fueron aplicados a lo que estipula la muestra. Donde se llegó así la siguiente conclusión, con respecto al objetivo general, de acuerdo a la estadística utilizada para medir la relación significativa se procedió a realizar la prueba de Rho de Spearman, donde se puede constatar que, si existe una relación significativa alta entre el Outdoor training y comunicación integral debido a que el valor de p es de 0.879, al mismo tiempo se puede concluir que se acepta la hipótesis alterna planteada. La variable Outdoor training se encuentra en un nivel malo 57%, seguido de un nivel muy malo con un 27%, mientras que un 13% se encuentra en un nivel regular, y solo un 3% se encuentra en un nivel bueno, Así mismo los resultados de la variable comunicación integral se muestra que los colaboradores manifestaron que se encuentran en un nivel regular con un 57%, mientras que el 33% se encuentra en un nivel bajo, el 7% se encuentra en un nivel muy bajo.
The research entitled "Outdoor training and integral communication at the " Corazon de Jesus" Health Medical Center, 2019 period, had the general objective of determining the relationship between Outdoor Training and integral communication at the "Corazon de Jesus" Health Medical Center, 2019 period. The type of study was applied; the research design is non-experimental:The research had a study sample of 30 collaborators of the medical center, which were used as data collection to surveys for both variables, which were applied to what the sample stipulates. The following conclusion was reached with respect to the general objective, according to the statistics used to measure the significant relationship, the Spearman's Rho test was performed, where it can be seen that there is a high significant relationship between Outdoor training and integral communication because the p value is 0.879, at the same time it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis is accepted. The Outdoor training variable is in a bad level with 57%, followed by a very bad level with 27%, while 13% is in a regular level, and only 3% is in a good level. Likewise, the results of the integral communication variable show that the employees stated that they are in a regular level with 57%, while 33% are in a low level, and 7% are in a very low level.
