Abstract

Protección y bienestar de animales domésticos respecto a las políticas implementadas por la Municipalidad Provincial de San Martín, Tarapoto, 2020. Los animales siempre han sido parte de nuestras vidas; más aún aquellos que hemos adoptado en nuestro hogar, es por esto que, resulta necesario regular legalmente nuestra convivencia con los animales domésticos en todos los niveles de gobierno. En razón a ello, decidimos investigar la relación que existe entre la protección y bienestar de animales domésticos respecto a la normativa emitida por la Municipalidad Provincial de San Martín en el distrito de Tarapoto, teniendo como objetivos: identificar los artículos de la Ley Nº 30407, que prescriben sobre animales domésticos y el conocimiento de la población, identificar las políticas implementadas por la Municipalidad Provincial de San Martín, respecto a los animales domésticos y el conocimiento de la población de estos, identificar el cumplimiento de las políticas implementadas por la Municipalidad Provincial de San Martín, con respecto a los animales domésticos y por último establecer la relación entre la protección y bienestar de los animales domésticos y las políticas implementadas por la Municipalidad Provincial de San Martín. Al ser ciudadanas del distrito de Tarapoto, nuestra investigación se realizó en el mencionado distrito, con un periodo de ejecución de siete meses, aplicando un diseño simple correlacional, utilizando para llegar a los resultados, encuestas, entrevistas y guías de análisis documental; obteniendo como resultado que, existen 26 artículos en la Ley N° 30407 que prescriben sobre animales domésticos, siendo que, la mayoría de pobladores conocen la ley, respecto a la normativa implementada por la Municipalidad, solo existe una ordenanza que la mayoría de pobladores desconoce, manifestando y verificando que esta no se cumple, concluyendo que, la relación entre la protección y bienestar de animales domésticos respecto a las políticas implementadas por la Municipalidad Provincial de San Martín en Tarapoto, es negativa.

Protection and welfare of domestic animals in relation to the policies implemented by the Provincial Municipality of San Martin, Tarapoto, 2020. Animals have always been part of our lives; even more so those that have been adopted into our homes, which is why it is necessary to legally regulate the coexistence with domestic animals at all levels of government. For this reason, it was decided to investigate the relationship between the protection and welfare of domestic animals with respect to the regulations issued by the Provincial Municipality of San Martín in the district of Tarapoto. The objectives were: to identify the articles of Law No. 30407, which prescribe on domestic animals and the knowledge of the population, to identify the policies implemented by the Provincial Municipality of San Martin regarding domestic animals and the population's knowledge of these, to identify compliance with the policies implemented by the Provincial Municipality of San Martin with respect to domestic animals and finally to establish the relationship between the protection and welfare of domestic animals and the policies implemented by the Provincial Municipality of San Martin. As Tarapoto citizens, the thesis project was carried out in this district over a period of seven months, applying a simple correlational design, using surveys, interviews and documentary analysis guides to obtain the results. As a result, 26 articles of Law No. 30407 exist that regulate domestic animals, and most of the inhabitants are aware of the law. With respect to the regulations implemented by the Municipality, there is only one ordinance that most of the inhabitants are unaware of, stating and verifying that it is not being complied with. It is concluded that the relationship between the protection and welfare of domestic animals with respect to the policies implemented by the Provincial Municipality of San Martin in Tarapoto is negative.
