Abstract

Inversión del Fondo Mivivienda y desarrollo local en el distrito de Juan Guerra, San Martín 2021 La investigación fue desarrollada en el distrito de Juan Guerra, provincia de San Martín, donde observaron que el acceso de la población al beneficio del Programa Techo Propio es mínimo, en comparación a la cantidad de beneficiarios de otros distritos; debido a la escasa información con la que cuenta la población sobre los requisitos y servicios que brinda dicho programa, y ante tal situación las autoridades locales no muestran preocupación por satisfacer las necesidades de la población. Por ese motivo, el estudio tuvo como propósito determinar la relación entre la inversión del Fondo Mivivienda y el desarrollo local en el distrito de Juan Guerra, San Martín 2021. La metodología enmarcada fue de tipo aplicada, de diseño no experimental, descriptivo - correlacional. La población se encontró constituida por 193 beneficiarios del Fondo Mivivienda y la muestra se constituyó por 129 beneficiarios. La técnica empleada en el proceso de recolección de información fue la encuesta y el análisis datos históricos y como instrumento se empleó el cuestionario y la guía de análisis históricos. Los resultados evidenciaron que el nivel de efectividad del fondo Mivivienda en el distrito de Juan Guerra es medio en un 47% y el nivel de desarrollo local también es medio en un 40%; asimismo, los resultados estadísticos alcanzados (Sig. 0.000 y Rho = 0.837), comprobaron la vinculación positiva entre los temas, es decir, a mayor efectividad en la inversión del Fondo Mivivienda el desarrollo local se verá favorecido.

Investment of the Mivivienda Fund and local development in the district of Juan Guerra, San Martin 2021 The research was carried out in the district of Juan Guerra, province of San Martin, where it was observed that the population's access to the benefits of the Techo Propio Program is minimal compared to the number of beneficiaries in other districts; this is due to the scarce information available to the population on the requirements and services provided by the program, and in such a situation the local authorities do not show concern for satisfying the population's needs. For this reason, the purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the investment of the Mivivienda Fund and local development in the district of Juan Guerra, San Martín 2021. The methodology used was applied, with a non-experimental, descriptive-correlational design. The population consisted of 193 beneficiaries of the Mivivienda Fund and the sample consisted of 129 beneficiaries. The survey and historical data analysis were the techniques used in the data collection process, and the questionnaire and the historical analysis guide were used as instruments. The results showed that the level of effectiveness of the Mivivienda fund in the district of Juan Guerra is medium at 47% and the level of local development is also medium at 40%; likewise, the statistical results achieved (Sig. 0.000 and Rho = 0.837), proved the positive link between the issues, that is, the greater the effectiveness in the investment of the Mivivivienda fund, the more local development will be favored.
