Abstract

Estudio de espacios arquitectónicos de un albergue ecoturístico para fomentar el turismo en el sector Lagartococha, Banda de Shilcayo.

El sector lagartococha es un paraje natural dentro del casco urbano de la ciudad, pero existe poco aprovechamiento ecoturístico y un pobre cuidado de sus recursos naturales, y con riesgo de desaparecer la laguna por la falta de educación y conservación ambiental de la población, esta investigación ha sido desarrollada con la finalidad de elaborar estudios de espacios arquitectónicos de un albergue ecoturístico, para fomentar el turismo en el sector Lagartococha, el mismo que se encuentra ubicado en el distrito de la bda, de shilcayo en la cuadra 27 de la vía de evitamiento, fue un estudio de tipo aplicada, con un diseño no experimental, obteniendo como muestra un total de 384 ciudadanos, La técnica aplicada para la recopilación de datos fue la encuesta, y el instrumento fue el cuestionario, encontraron que los espacios arquitectónicos, espaciales, antropométricas de un albergue ecoturístico que fomente el turismo, fue buena con un 23%, regular con un 76% y mala con un 1%, del mismo modo los requerimientos arquitectónicos espaciales para determinar el diseño de un albergue ecoturístico fue buena con un 70%,regular con un 29% y mala con un 1%; Se elaboró un estudio de espacios arquitectónicos de un albergue ecoturístico coherente a las expectativas de los usuarios, con soluciones funcionales, adecuados al entorno y amigable al medio ambiente. Se concluye que el estudio de espacios arquitectónicos de un albergue ecoturístico logrará fomentar positivamente el turismo en el sector Lagartococha distrito de la Banda de Shilcayo.
