Abstract

Sistema web para el control de tesorería en la Junta Administradora de Servicio y Saneamiento de Bello Horizonte, 2022 Las Juntas Administradoras de Servicio y Saneamiento en Perú, son organizaciones constituidas mayoritariamente en localidades rurales o urbanizadas, para prestar el servicio de regulación de la administración financiera, con el propósito de garantizar liquidez en beneficio de una comunidad. Es así, que en el presente estudio se identificó en la Junta Administradora del Centro Poblado Bello Horizonte, ubicado en el distrito de la La Banda de Shilcayo, deficiente proceso de administración del área de tesorería, producto del trabajo sobrecargado de los administrativos para registrar ingresos y egresos, identificación de morosidades, desbalance y otras causas que repercuten en el control de tesorería de la organización. Por ello, se propuso como objetivo determinar la influencia de un sistema web en el control de tesorería en la Junta Administradora de Servicio y Saneamiento de Bello Horizonte durante el 2022. Esto mediante una investigación aplicada, nivel explicativo y diseño pre-experimental; donde se encuestó a 20 responsables de la Junta mediante dos cuestionarios debidamente validados y confiables. Entres los principales resultados se identificó que la percepción del control de tesorería fue ni de acuerdo, ni en desacuerdo por el 85% de encuestados respecto a su eficacia, del mismo modo ocurrió para la satisfacción por el 90%. Asimismo, los resultados demuestran el procedimiento de la implementación de un sistema web bajo la metodología ágil XP, que resultó funcional, confiable, usable y eficiente para el control de tesorería. Se concluye que el uso de un sistema web influye significativamente en el control de tesorería en la Junta Administradora de Servicio y Saneamiento de Bello Horizonte, ya que al aplicar la prueba T de Student el p-valor fue menor a 0,05; por lo que afirma a un 95% de nivel de confianza, que la solución tecnológica propuesta mejoró el control de tesorería.

Web system for treasury control at the Bello Horizonte Sanitation and Service Administration Board, 2022 The Service and Sanitation Administration Boards in Peru are organizations constituted mainly in rural or urbanized localities, in order to provide the service of regulating the financial administration, with the purpose of guaranteeing liquidity for the benefit of a community. This study identified a deficient treasury management process in the Administrative Board of the Bello Horizonte Village, located in the district of La Banda de Shilcayo, as a result of the overloaded work of the administrative staff in recording income and expenditures, identification of delinquencies, imbalances and other causes that affect the organization's treasury control. Therefore, the objective was proposed to determine the influence of a web system in the treasury control in the Bello Horizonte Service and Sanitation Administrative Board during 2022. It is an applied research, with an explanatory level and a pre-experimental design, in which 20 managers of the Board were surveyed by means of two duly validated and reliable questionnaires. Among the main results, the perception of treasury control was identified as neither agree nor disagree by 85% of respondents with respect to its effectiveness, as was the case for satisfaction by 90%. Likewise, the results demonstrate the procedure of the implementation of a web system under the agile XP methodology, which was functional, reliable, usable and efficient for the treasury control. It is concluded that the use of a web system significantly influences the treasury control in the Bello Horizonte Service and Sanitation Administrative Board, since when applying the Student's t-test the p-value was less than 0.05. Therefore, it affirms at a 95% confidence level, that the proposed technological solution improved the treasury control.
