Influencia de un sistema de automatización de trámites documentarios en la calidad de servicio de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local de San Martín, 2019

Abstract

El presente estudio titulado: “Influencia de un sistema de automatización de trámites documentarios en la calidad de servicio de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local de San Martín, 2019”, tuvo como objetivo general: proponer un sistema automatizado de tramites documentarios para mejorar la calidad de servicio en la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local San Martín, 2019. Con los métodos usados se tuvo una investigación de tipo aplicada y diseño pre experimental. La población compuesta por 4686 individuos (docentes y administrativos). La muestra constituida por 110 individuos. Los instrumentos de recolección de datos fueron el cuestionario y la ficha de registro. Como resultado se tuvo que debido al sistema implantado el nivel de calidad de servicio aumento significativamente ya que anteriormente fue bajo en el 90%, medio en el 10% y alto en el 0%, posteriormente con el uso de la herramienta tecnológica fue bajo en el 4,6%, medio en el 13,6% y alto en el 81,8%. Asimismo, el sistema redujo: 425 segundos en el registro documental, 980 segundos en la derivación documental, 1243 segundos en la atención documental y 206 segundos en la consulta documental. Finalmente, el estudio concluyó que el sistema automatizado de tramites documentarios tiene influencia significativa en la calidad de servicio de la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local de San Martin, 2019. Aceptándose la hipótesis alterna de la investigación (Hi).

The present study entitled: "Influence of a system of automation of documentary procedures in the quality of service of the Local Educational Management Unit of San Martín, 2019", had as general objective: to propose an automated system of documentary procedures to improve the quality of service in the San Martín Local Educational Management Unit, 2019. With the methods used, an applied type of research and pre-experimental design was carried out. The population composed of 4,686 individuals (teachers and administrators). The sample constituted by 110 individuals. The data collection instruments were the questionnaire and the registration form. As a result, due to the implemented system, the level of quality of service increased significantly since previously it was low in 90%, medium in 10% and high in 0%, later with the use of the technological tool it was low in 4.6%, medium in 13.6% and high in 81.8%. Likewise, the system reduced: 425 seconds in the documentary record, 980 seconds in the documentary derivation, 1243 seconds in the documentary attention and 206 seconds in the documentary consultation. Finally, the study concluded that the automated system of documentary procedures has a significant influence on the quality of service of the Local Educational Management Unit of San Martin, 2019. Accepting the alternative hypothesis of the investigation (Hi).
