dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de esta tesis fue determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de Estrés laboral y las estrategias de afrontamiento del profesional de enfermería que labora en el Centro quirúrgico del Hospital II-1 Moyobamba. Julio - Diciembre 2021. La investigación fue de tipo básica, no experimental descriptiva, correlacional, y de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo formada por 19 profesionales de enfermería. Se aplicó como técnica e instrumento de recolección de datos la encuesta y el cuestionario respectivamente. Los resultados mostraron que, la edad media de los profesionales de enfermería es de 35.21. El 63.2 % son mujeres y el 36.8 % hombres. El 63.2 % trabaja bajo la modalidad de CAS, el 31.6 % son nombrados y el 5.3 % es tercerizado. El estrés laboral en los profesionales de enfermería es regularmente aceptable con 73.7 % y aceptable con 26.3 %. El nivel de las estrategias de afrontamiento en los profesionales de enfermería es regular con 73.7 %, buena con 21.1 % y mala con 5.3 %. La estructura organizacional es la dimensión que mejor se relaciona con las estrategias de afrontamiento, encontrándose una relación positiva débil media con un r igual a 0.446 y un nivel de significancia igual a 0.056. Se concluyó que, no existe relación significativa entre el Estrés laboral y las estrategias de afrontamiento del profesional de enfermería que labora en el Centro quirúrgico del Hospital II-1 Moyobamba. Julio 2021 - Diciembre 2021, encontrándose un nivel de significancia mayor al margen de error permitido (0.05 < 0287).es_PE
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this thesis was to determine the relationship that exists between the level of work stress and the coping strategies of the nursing professional who works at the Hospital II-1 Moyobamba Surgical Center. July - December 2021. The research was basic, non-experimental, descriptive, correlational, and cross-sectional. The sample consisted of 19 nursing professionals. The survey and questionnaire were applied as a data collection technique and instrument, respectively. The results showed that the mean age of the nursing professionals is 35.21. 63.2% are women and 36.8% men. 63.2% work under the CAS modality, 31.6% are appointed and 5.3% are outsourced. Work stress in nursing professionals is regularly acceptable with 73.7% and acceptable with 26.3%. The level of coping strategies in nursing professionals is regular with 73.7%, good with 21.1% and bad with 5.3%. Organizational structure is the dimension that is best related to coping strategies, finding a medium weak positive relationship with an r equal to 0.446 and a significance level equal to 0.056. It was concluded that there is no significant relationship between work stress and the coping strategies of the nursing professional who works in the Surgical Center of Hospital II-1Moyobamba. July - December 2021, finding a level of significance greater than the margin of error allowed (0.05 <0287).
