El Principio Protector y los Contratos Laborales Temporales Frente al Covid-19, en el Distrito Judicial – Tarapoto 2020

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el Principio Protector y los Contratos Laborales Temporales Frente al Covid-19, en el Distrito Judicial -Tarapoto 2020. Fue de tipo básico, no experimental, con diseño Correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por 85 servidores judiciales y muestra estuvo conformada por 30 servidores judiciales. Se empleó como técnica encuesta y el instrumento del cuestionario. Los resultados muestran que la relación entre el Principio Protector y los Contratos Laborales Temporales Frente al Covid-19, en el Distrito Judicial -Tarapoto 2020, es una relación del tipo negativa muy baja con un valor de -0.092 y no resulta ser significativa pues la significación bilateral fue de 0.630 que es mayor al valor referencial de 0.05. En tal sentido, no se evidenció que el principio protector dentro de la situación coyuntural San Martínense relacionada con la pandemia del Covid-19, se haya encontrado garantizado o sirva de garantía para los contratos laborales temporales.

The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the Protective Principle and the Temporary Labor Contracts in front of Covid-19, in the Judicial District -Tarapoto 2020. It was a basic, non-experimental, correlational design. The population consisted of 85 judicial employees and the sample consisted of 30 judicial employees. The survey technique and the questionnaire instrument were used. The results show that the relationship between the Protective Principle and the Temporary Labor Contracts in front of Covid-19, in the Judicial District -Tarapoto 2020, is a very low negative relationship with a value of -0.092 and it is not significant because the bilateral significance was 0.630, which is higher than the reference value of 0.05. In this sense, it was not evident that the protective principle within the San Martín situation related to the Covid-19 pandemic has been guaranteed or serves as a guarantee for temporary labor contracts.
