dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo “Determinar la repercusión de la salud mental en las conductas de riesgo sexual y reproductiva en las internas del Establecimiento Penitenciario Las Lomas de Sananguillo; Agosto a diciembre 2018”, se realizó un estudio cuantitativo de tipo descriptivo correlacional, con recolección prospectiva de datos; la población y muestra estuvo conformada por 36 mujeres privadas de su libertad, que cumplieron los criterios de inclusión y exclusión; la técnica que se utilizó fue la encuesta con preguntas cerradas (dicotómicas y politómicas) para la determinación de la repercusión de la salud mental en las conductas de riesgo sexuales y reproductivas. resultados: el 50,0% pertenecen al grupo entre 35 a 50 años de edad; el 61,1%, son residentes de la provincia de San Martín, el 47,2% son de estado civil solteras; el 41,7% son ama de casa; el 19,4% están sin ocupación; el 58.3% tienen grado de instrucción secundaria, el 80,6% tienen ingreso familiar bajo; el 36,1% cuentan con el apoyo de otros familiares y el 38.9% no cuenta con un seguro de salud. En cuanto al estado de salud mental, tienen un nivel ansiedad alto: el 77,8% tienen un nivel de ansiedad estado alto; el 83,3% tienen un nivel ansiedad rasgo alto. En la evaluación de la depresión: el 22,2% en igual porcentaje, presentan depresión moderada neurótica media y alta respectivamente. El 88,9% tienen conductas de riesgo sexual severo; el 77,8% tienen conductas de riesgo reproductiva severo. El estado de salud mental de mayor repercusión a las conductas de riesgo sexual y reproductiva son: conductas de riesgo sexual: ansiedad como estado y conductas de riesgo sexuales. Conductas de riesgo reproductiva: depresión y conductas de riesgo reproductiva. Conclusión: El estado de salud mental repercute significativamente en las conductas de riesgo sexual y reproductiva en mujeres privadas de su libertad del Establecimiento Penitenciario Las Lomas de Sananguillo Región San Martín: ansiedad estado y conductas de riesgo sexual (p-valor=0.013); ansiedad rasgo y conductas de riesgo sexual (p-valor=0.014; y depresión y riesgo reproductiva (p-valor=0.045). estos resultados nos permiten aceptar la hipótesis de investigación. | es_PE |
dc.description.abstract | The present research had as objective "To determine the impact of mental health on sexual and reproductive risk behaviors in inmates of the Pampas de Sananguillo Penitentiary Establishment; August to December 2018". A quantitative descriptive correlational study was conducted, with prospective data collection; the population and sample consisted of 36 women deprived of their liberty, who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria; the technique used was a survey with closed questions (dichotomous and polytomous) to determine the impact of mental health on sexual and reproductive risk behaviors. Results: 50.0% belong to the group between 35 and 50 years of age; 61.1% are residents of the province of San Martín; 47.2% are single; 41.7% are housewives; 19.4% are unemployed; 58.3% have a high school education; 80.6% have low family income; 36.1% have the support of other family members; and 38.9% do not have health insurance. In terms of mental health status, they have a high level of anxiety: 77.8% have a high level of state anxiety; 83.3% have a high trait anxiety level. In the evaluation of depression: 22.2% in equal percentage, present moderate neurotic medium and high depression respectively. 88.9% have severe sexual risk behaviors; 77.8% have severe reproductive risk behaviors. The mental health status with the greatest impact on sexual and reproductive risk behaviors are: sexual risk behaviors: anxiety as a state and sexual risk behaviors. Reproductive risk behaviors: depression and reproductive risk behaviors. Conclusion: Mental health status has a significant impact on sexual and reproductive risk behaviors in women deprived of their liberty at Las Lomas de Sananguillo Penitentiary in the San Martín Region: state anxiety and sexual risk behaviors (p-value=0.013); trait anxiety and sexual risk behaviors (p-value=0.014; and depression and reproductive risk (p-value=0.045).
