Análisis de la inversión pública y su incidencia en el crecimiento de las actividades económicas de la economía peruana en el periodo 2010 - 2016

Abstract

La presente investigación titulada “Análisis de la inversión pública y su incidencia en el crecimiento de las actividades económicas de la economía peruana en el periodo 2010 - 2016”, tiene como principal objetivo analizar y demostrar la relación e incidencia de la inversión pública con el crecimiento de las actividades económicas de la economía peruana; puesto que la inversión pública realizada por los tres niveles de gobierno constituyen un instrumento importante para dinamizar y generar crecimiento económico y de esta manera generar mejoras en el bienestar económico de las familias peruanas. Se considera que la importancia de la investigación radica en la existencia de fallas del mercado que no permiten un crecimiento homogéneo, situación que amerita la participación del Estado en sus tres niveles de gobierno, a través de la inversión pública, para impulsar el desarrollo de las actividades productivas que promuevan un mayor crecimiento económico; en este sentido, la investigación busca demostrar la gran influencia de la inversión pública en la generación de nuevas actividades económicas. En el desarrollo de la investigación se ha realizado una recopilación de información del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas (MEF), Banco Central de Reserva del Perú (BCRP), Instituto Nacional de Estadística e Informática (INEI), Contraloría General de la República (CGR), información que ha sido seleccionada, analizada y presentada en tablas y gráficos para su respectivo análisis e interpretación. La primera parte de la investigación comprende el planteamiento del problema y la hipótesis de la investigación; a continuación, se expone el análisis y descripción del marco teórico, contextual y referencial. Por último, en la parte final de la tesis se detallan los resultados obtenidos que demuestran las relaciones de causalidad entre las variables planteadas: Inversión Pública y Crecimiento Económico. A consecuencia de ello se presentan las conclusiones y recomendaciones resultantes con la intención de mejorar el nivel de incidencia de la inversión pública en el crecimiento económico, permitiendo el incremento de las actividades económicas que se llevan a cabo en el Perú.

The following investigation titled: “Analysis of public investment and its incidence on the growth of economic activities of the Peruvian economy in the period 2010 – 2016”, has as its main objective to analyze and demonstrate the relationship and incidence of public investment with growth of the economic activities of the Peruvian economy; the public investment made by the three levels of government is an important instrument to stimulate and generate economic growth and this way generate improvements in the economic welfare of Peruvian families. It is considered that the importance of the investigation lies in the existence of market failures that do not allow a homogeneous growth, a situation that merits the participation of the State in its three levels of government through public investment, to promote the development of productive activities that promote greater economic growth, in this sense the investigation seeks to demonstrate the great influence of public investment in the generation of new economic activities. In the development of the investigation has been a compilation of information of Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), the Central Reserve Bank of Peruvian (BCRP), the National Institute of Statistic and Information Technology (INEI), the Comptroller General of the Republic (CGR), information that has been selected, analyzed and presented in tables and graphs for its respective analysis and interpretation. The first part of the investigation includes the approach of the problem and the hypothesis of the investigation, then is exposed the analysis and description of the theoretical, contextual and referential framework, at the final part of the thesis the results obtained are shown the demonstrate the causal relationships between the variables proposed: public investment and economic growth, as a result of which the resulting conclusions and recommendations are presented with the intention of improving the level of incidence of public investment in economic growth, allowing the increase of economic activities that are carried out in Peruvian.
