Diseño arquitectónico de un centro de enseñanza artística y cultural para el desarrollo de las manifestaciones culturales en los niños y jóvenes de la ciudad de Tarapoto

Abstract

La presente tesis : “Diseño Arquitectónico de un Centro de enseñanza artística y cultural para el desarrollo de las manifestaciones culturales en los niños y jóvenes de la ciudad de Tarapoto” fue realizada con el fin académico de determinar los criterios de diseño necesarios para el desarrollo de un centro de enseñanza artística y cultural en la ciudad, que promueva e incentive el aprendizaje de la cultura y el arte local; con esto se busca dar a la juventud un espacio donde pueda desarrollar las diversas actividades artísticas y también donde se pueda fomentar la enseñanza de las mismas. Previo a la propuesta se realizó un análisis urbano de la zona a intervenir, para poder ver el impacto que tendrá en los alrededores y en la población, tomándose en cuenta la accesibilidad, uso de suelos, tipo de edificaciones, altura de edificaciones, etc.; llegando a tener como diagnostico que tendrá un impacto positivo dado que es una propuesta que incentiva al desarrollo y educación de la cultura en los niños y jóvenes de la ciudad. Teniendo como resultado los criterios y pautas de diseño de acuerdo a las necesidades y características del usuario Sanmartinense ya sea en el aspecto funcional, espacial, volumétrico, ambiental y tecnológico, tomando en cuenta el lugar donde se emplaza el proyecto arquitectónico. La presente tesis concluye con el desarrollo de un centro de enseñanza artística y cultural para la población sanmartinense, promoviendo el arte y la cultura local en los niños y jóvenes de la ciudad, en las diferentes actividades de mayor interés como son las danzas típicas, el dibujo y la pintura, la música, la artesanía y cerámica regional.

The following thesis: "Architectural Design of a Center of Artistic Teaching and Culture for the Development of Cultural Ideas in Children and Young People of the City of Tarapoto" was made with the purpose of the academic design criteria necessary for the development of a center of artistic and cultural education in the city, which promotes and encourages the learning of local culture and art; with this, it is intended to give the opportunity of a space where the diverse artistic activities can be developed and also where the teaching of them can be encouraged. Prior to the proposal an urban analysis of the area was made in order to see the impact it will have on the surroundings and on the population, taking into account accessibility, use of land, type of buildings, height of buildings, etc.; arriving to have as diagnosis that it will have a positive impact since it is a proposal that encourages the development and education of culture in the children and youth of the city. Taking into account the results and design guidelines of the characteristics and characteristics of the Sanmartinense user, whether in the functional, spatial, volumetric, environmental and technological aspects, taking into account the place where the architectural project is located.

This thesis concludes with the development of a center of artistic and cultural education for the population of San Martín, promoting local art and culture among the children and young people of the city, in the different activities of greater interest such as typical dances, drawing and painting, music, crafts and regional pottery.
