Abstract: La investigación “Los Activos Biológicos de acuerdo a la NIC 41 y su Relación con los Estados Financieros de la Empresa Verdal RSM Perú SAC, año 2015”, tiene como objetivo determinar la influencia de los activos biológicos de acuerdo a la NIC 41 en los Estados financieros, siendo la investigación según el tipo, aplicativa, descriptiva y observacional; según el nivel de investigación y exploratoria; no experimental; la recolección y análisis de datos es cuantitativo. Se tomó como elemento de análisis el Estado de Resultados Integrales y el Estado de Situación Financiera y los procesos contables referidos a los activos biológicos. Luego de aplicado el proceso metodológico y analizado los resultados obtenidos se concluye que los activos biológicos de acuerdo a la NIC 41 muestran una influencia directa en los Estados Financieros de la Empresa Verdal RSM Perú SAC, representando el 22.39% del total de los Activos y el 26.98% de los Activos No Corrientes; donde el principio de razonabilidad para determinar su valor se encuentra determinado en función del costo del activo más el valor razonable de los activos biológicos, representando al 31 de diciembre de 2015 un monto de S/ 9,315,947.75; el mismo que de acuerdo a la NIC 41 resulta apropiada. Además, la totalidad de los ratios financieros y económicos derivados de los valores expresados en los Estados financieros, son deficientes, pues las plantaciones de piñón, que constituyen su activo biológico, recién han entrado en proceso productivo. The research "Biological Assets in accordance with IAS 41 and its Relation to the Financial Statements of Verdal RSM Peru SAC, year 2015", aims to determine the influence of biological assets according to IAS 41 in the States Financial, being the research according to the type, application, descriptive and observational; According to the level of research and exploration; Not experimental; The collection and analysis of data is quantitative. After applying the methodological process and analyzing the results obtained it is concluded that the biological assets according to IAS 41 show a direct influence on the Financial Statements of the Verdal RSM Peru SAC Company, representing 22.39% of the total Assets and 26.98% of Non Current Assets; Where the principle of reasonableness to determine their value is determined based on the cost of the asset plus the fair value of the biological assets, representing at December 31, 2015 an amount of S / 9,315,947.75; The same that according to IAS 41 is appropriate. In addition, all the financial and economic ratios derived from the values expressed in the Financial Statements are deficient, since the pinion plantations, which constitute its biological asset, have just entered into a productive process.
