Abstract

Inversión en infraestructura de salud y acceso a los servicios hospitalarios en la Región San Martín 2013-2018 El estudio tuvo como objetivo principal: determinar cómo influye la inversión en infraestructura de salud para que se favorezca el acceso a los servicios hospitalarios en la Región San Martín 2013-2018. La metodología fue de tipo aplicada con diseño no experimental – longitudinal con un nivel correlacional-descriptivo, además, la muestra conformada base de datos y registros de la inversión en infraestructura de salud y el acceso a los servicios hospitalarios, para ello se aplicó una guía de análisis documental. Los principales hallazgos indicaron que no siempre el valor del presupuesto de apertura (PIA) contribuye en el acceso al seguro de salud o se asocia con el aumento del mismo. Asimismo, se ubicó que no siempre mientras mayor sea el valor del presupuesto modificado mayor será la población afiliada al seguro de salud, o que no siempre el valor del presupuesto modificado (PIM) contribuirá a una elevación del acceso al seguro de salud. Además, no existe una relación significativa entre la inversión en infraestructura de salud y el acceso al Seguro de Salud en la Región San Martín 2013-2018, debido a que su valor de significancia bilateral fue 0,173 > 0,05. Se concluyó que, la inversión en infraestructura de salud no influye significativamente en el acceso al seguro de Salud, pudiendo existir otros factores que inciden en su aumento, tales como que las personas accedan a un trabajo formal.

Investment in health infrastructure and access to hospital services in the San Martin Region 2013-2018 The main objective of the study was to determine how investment in health infrastructure influences access to hospital services in the San Martín Region for 2013-2018. The methodology was of applied with non-experimental design - longitudinal with a correlational-descriptive level, furthermore, the sample was conformed by database and records of investment in health infrastructure and access to hospital services. A documentary analysis guide was applied for this purpose. The main results indicated that the value of the opening budget (IOP) does not always contribute to access to health insurance or is associated with an increase in access to health insurance. Likewise, it was found that the higher the value of the modified budget, the higher the population affiliated to health insurance, or that the value of the modified budget (MIP) does not always contribute to an increase in access to health insurance. In addition, there is no significant relationship between investment in health infrastructure and access to health insurance in the San Martín Region 2013-2018, because its bilateral significance value was 0.173 > 0.05. It was concluded that investment in health infrastructure does not significantly influence access to health insurance, and that there may be other factors that influence its increase, such as people's access to formal employment.
